RETURNS
Products should be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a refund. Please allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your returned package, for the refund to be processed.
Items are returned at the buyer's own cost. You may use any service of your choice but we suggest choosing something tracked or insured for your own protection. Miniwhale is not liable for any loss on the return posting of goods and will not be able to chase lost packages.
Inside the return package, You will need to enclose a note (original invoice if you have it) with your name and order number and clearly state whether you're returning items for exchange (UK only) or a refund.
All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition: Items returned damaged, washed, worn, in damaged packaging or without the original sales tags will not be eligible to be returned and as a result will not be refunded. We please ask that you are careful when trying on the garment as we still receive items back to us with the original tags but damaged or unclean or covered in pet hair and to be able to fully refund you we do need to be able to resell the item.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made for an item up to the value of the original order; for a more expensive item, you must return the item and place a new order online. We will refund you if we do not have the item requested for an exchange.
